FOUR men who attacked a 21-year-old man in Ipswich and stole his trainers are being hunted by police.The incident happened between 1 and 1.35am today as the victim walked along Bridgewater Road.

FOUR men who attacked a 21-year-old man in Ipswich and stole his trainers are being hunted by police.

The incident happened between 1 and 1.35am today as the victim walked along Bridgewater Road.

A car pulled up alongside the man and four men got out. One of the men punched him in the face and when he was on the floor the men took his trainers, baseball cap and mobile phone.

All four then kicked him before getting back in the car and driving off.

The victim managed to get to his girlfriend's house and was later taken to Ipswich Hospital where he was treated for a cut lip and bruised face.

All four men are described as black and the car was thought to be blue.
