Travel/weather: Traffic light failures cause problems in Ipswich

On the A14, on the Newmarket bypass between Mildenhall and Exning, there were delays for a while after an accident but the road was running smoothly again once the vehicles were cleared.

? Weatherquest said today would feature mainly sunny spells with scattered showers developing, some heavy with hail and thunder.
Top temperature will be 11C.
