HUNDREDS of people enjoyed the delights of a beautiful collection of scale models – and helped raise more than £300 for charity.
Train mad Colin De'Ath and colleagues Maurice Deeks and Jason Thorne proudly displayed their model railway and fire engines collections, and other memorabilia, to help Disability Care Enterprise.
The collections were put on show at the weekend at Colin's home at Daines Place, Trimley St Mary, where for many years he has had a model railway layout around his garden.
Colin and Maurice displayed their train collections, while Jason provided a model fire engine display. The event, which will also featured a raffle, raised £332 for DCE.
