Ambulance called after two cars crash near Norwich Road in Ipswich

Emergency services are on the scene of a two car crash at a junction in Ipswich.

Suffolk police received reports of a collision at the junction of Ashcroft Road and Highfield Road, near to Norwich Road, at around 3.30pm.

A force spokesman said the ambulance service had also been called - though no details of injuries had been reported.

It is understood the junction is not blocked.
