Stacey Cutts, from Harleston, south Norfolk, died as a result of the collision on the evening of Saturday April 25 - six days after her 18th birthday -on the A140 at Tasburgh.

She was the front seat passenger of a black Toyota Celica when it left the road at about 9.50pm and hit fencing and trees near the junction with Marlpit Lane.

Officers from Norfolk Police's serious collision investigation team have today confirmed that they have charged two men in relation with the incident.

Tom Robert Wright, 22, of Bury Road, Wortham, near Diss, and 19-year-old Jake Riseborough, of St Mary's Close, Harleston, have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and have been bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Tuesday November 3.
