Two men are due to appear in court today charged with possessing an imitation gun close to the Ipswich waterfront.
The incident happened in Duke Street on Sunday.
Fabio Cardoso, 25, of Nansen Road, Ipswich, is charged with possessing an imitation firearm in a public place, while Osvaldo Cardoso, 34, of Duke Street, Ipswich, is charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.
Both are due before Ipswich Magistrates Court this morning.
