Two men have been remanded in custody after being charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Gavin Nock, 34, of no fixed abode in Ipswich, was arrested at Purplett Street in the town on Wednesday afternoon and taken into custody at Martlesham Police Investigation Centre, where he was interviewed by officers, before being charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine, and with supplying heroin.
Marcelino Vieira, 33, also of no fixed abode in Ipswich, was arrested in Norwich Road at about 1.30pm on Wednesday. He was also taken into custody and later charged with conspiracy to supply drugs including crack cocaine, and with supplying crack cocaine.
Both men were held in custody overnight and appeared before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday. They were remanded in custody ahead of their next court appearances on August 1.
