Two seriously injured in A12 crash
TWO people sustained serious injuries in a crash on the A12 near the Suffolk-Essex border.

An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were on a red and white Yamaha motorbike at Stratford St Mary when the one vehicle accident happened just before 11.15pm last night.
They were travelling northbound towards Ipswich when they came off the motorbike.
A police spokeswoman said the man and the girl were taken to Colchester General Hospital.
They suffered broken toes and chin and shoulder injuries but the injuries were not life threatening, she added.
The man was riding the motorbike and the girl was a passenger.

Police and paramedics attended the scene. The bike was later recovered.
