Two cars were involved in the incident on Purdis Road at 1.35pm on Saturday.
The road was blocked for a time while emergency services dealt with the crash.
Two fire crews attended to clear up brake fluid spilled on the road surface.
A police spokesman said two people were taken to Ipswich Hospital but their injuries were not thought serious.
