Three motorists were treated by paramedics after a double-vehicle crash in Ipswich today.

A Blue Mazda and a silver Volvo were involved in a collision at the junction of Norwich Road and Cromer Road – near the Suffolk Punch pub – at around 8.15am, police said.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: “An ambulance crew attended the scene and assessed three patients.

“Thankfully there were no injuries at the scene and no one was taken to hospital.”

No arrests were made and Norwich Road remained fully open in the aftermath of the crash, police said.
