UK: A rescue operation is under way in Cornwall, where high winds and heavy rain caused severe flooding.
Rescue helicopters have been launched to help people trapped in cars and emergency services have evacuated flooded buildings across the Cornish coast.
A landslide in Lostwithiel stopped train services in and out of Cornwall and some schools have been closed.
Several areas of the county have been hit by floods and road closures, including Bodmin, St Austell, Par, Luxulyan, Lostwithiel, St Blazey and St Blazey Gate.
