UK: Police probing hacking at News of the World arrest 35-year-old man

DETECTIVES investigating phone hacking at the News of the World today arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of conspiring to intercept voicemail messages, Scotland Yard said.

Officers from Scotland Yard’s Operation Weeting held the man in a pre-dawn swoop on his home.

He was taken to a north London police station for questioning on suspicion of conspiracy to intercept voicemail messages.
