FIREFIGHTERS were called to 100 square metres of undergrowth on fire off The Grove, Martlesham Heath.
They were called to the incident shortly before 2.30pm yesterday and had it under control after around 15 minutes.
Another fire broke out in the heath near Parker's Place, off Eagle Way, at 7.59pm yesterday. Firefighters put out ten square metres of gorse alight by 8.10pm.
And crews also attended a rubbish fire near to the Orwell Junior School, near Davey Close, in Ipswich, at 8.14pm yesterday.
