One lane closed on A12 northbound at Martlesham Heath.
The A12 at the Eagle Way roundabout has re-opened after a fuel spill.
Suffolk police urgently called a highways team to clear the spilt diesel which was affecting one lane.
The other lanes at the entrance to the Tesco roundabout were unaffected.
The road was fully re-opened at 8.58am.
