A 71-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing from Ipswich Hospital has been found safe and well.
Suffolk police said Margaret Hale was found safe and well in an area to the north of Ipswich in the early hours of this morning following a number of reports from the public.
The 71-year-old dementia sufferer had been reported missing after last being seen by hospital staff at 11.30am when she attended a routine appointment.
A police spokesman has thanked the public and media for their support in finding Ms Hale.
