The Orwell Bridge A14 has reopened after a lorry broke down in the middle of the bridge eastbound this morning.
Queuing traffic stretched back to Wherstead after the lorry broke down at around 6.20am.
The stretch of the A14 was completely closed before police opened the outside lane shortly after 6.30am.
Police directed traffic at the scene and the road had fully reopened by 7.15am after recovery services removed the lorry.
