One lane of the A14 was closed eastbound after an accident involving five vehicles.
Suffolk police reports a van collided with a lorry on the road, close to the A12 turn-off at Copdock.
Three other vehicles were caught up in the crash, which happened shortly before 8.30am.
No serious injuries have been reported.
The lane re-opened at 10.25am.
