MOTORISTS are currently being advised to avoid the A14 westbound carriageway due to a vehicle fire.Two fire crews were called to the scene near to junction 40 at Higham on the westbound carriageway at about 2.30pm today.
MOTORISTS are currently being advised to avoid the A14 westbound carriageway due to a vehicle fire.
Two fire crews were called to the scene near to junction 40 at Higham on the westbound carriageway at about 2.30pm today.
A diversion has been put in place by Suffolk police onto the slip road at one end of the junction and back down the other side onto the A14.
The transit-style van contained painting materials and combustible items.
