FIREFIGHTERS were called to a street in Ipswich where a car transporter and private vehicle had caught light.

Two crews from Princes Street arrived in Unity Street shortly before 11pm on Christmas Eve to find the vehicles alight. It took around 15 minutes to bring the flames under control.
