MURDERED schoolgirl Vicky Hall will never be forgotten – as today her parents' dream of a memorial to their much-loved daughter came true.

Tears of sadness and smiles of joy mingled as Vicky's thrilled parents Graham and Lorinda Hall heard the news they had been waiting for – a fantastic £210,000 grant for the project to bear her name.
