POLICE in Essex have taken a dim view of internet footage showing a man snowboarding behind a car.
The 90-second clip has appeared on the popular YouTube website and shows the man having fun as he is pulled at what appear to be slow speeds along a quiet road.
At one stage the thrill-seeker stumbles off but manages to stay on his feet in the footage filmed in Weeley, near Clacton.
But Essex Police have slammed the activity as “reckless” saying if there was to be a serious accident the driver could have found himself in court.
Last year the BBC programme Top Gear featured a similar stunt with host Jeremy Clarkson being towed behind a Jaguar as he attempted to ski.
