With temperatures rising the last couple of days it looks like summer has finally reached Suffolk. We have been loving your sunny snaps from Instagram and below we share our favourites.
The first was taken during a walking along the Deben at Melton and Woodbridge
George the chameleon and Bolt the crested gecko are seen in this image.
You could be forgiven for thinking you were on the Med when you see Ipswich Waterfront glistening in a golden sunset - but the Wine Rack in the background reminds us that this is actually Ipswich.

A fine summer evening
Celebrating the countryside with another image of red poppies, @Olaf_ posted this photo and said: “Another one of those annoying look at how great the countryside where I live is photos!”
Opting for a different hue, @abismalll shared a floral scene from Aldeburgh.
The photographer behind this close-up of a butterfly admitted they had been inspired by BBC Springwatch.
This happy hound is having a tail-wagging time soaking up the sun at the beach in Suffolk this week.
