PORT officials were today warning of possible disruption at Felixstowe with wind speeds expected to pick up during the day.
The port said the weather forecast showed winds could be “at or around limits” from 11am to 11.30pm.
“Based on this forecast there is a high probability of some disruption to quayside operations as a result of these adverse weather conditions,” said a spokesman.
Hauliers should keep an eye on forecasts and adjust their journeys if necessary.
