Felixstowe Library.
An attempt was made to break into a town library.
Between Wednesday at 7.30pm and Thursday at 8.30am, offenders tried to gain access to Felixstowe Library in Crescent Road by forcing open a door.
The culprits did not manage to get in to the building and nothing was taken.
However, officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity in the area during the time stated, or who may have any information to assist their enquiries.
Anyone with any information should contact Suffolk police on 101 quoting crime reference number FE/15/1382.
