Witnesses needed in hunt for man
POLICE are appealing for information today after a 24-year-old woman reported being followed by a man in Felixstowe town centre.
POLICE are appealing for information after a 24-year-old woman reported being followed by a man in Felixstowe town centre.
The woman was walking along Hamilton Road about 7.55am on Wednesday when she became aware of the man walking behind her. He was very close and was staring at her.
The woman spotted the man again in Gainsborough Road in a silver coloured people carrier-type vehicle in front of her.
She crossed the road to avoid him but he then reversed his vehicle and pulled up alongside her and got out of the car.
The 24-year-old went into a shop and then kept seeing the man driving slowly by outside. She then called police.
The man was white, 5ft 6in, of medium build, with a shaven head and stubble. He was wearing a blue/grey top and blue jeans.
