A YOUNG woman has been left with serious head injuries today after she was hit by a bus in Ipswich.The incident happened at about 6pm in Princes Street.
A YOUNG woman has been left with serious head injuries today after she collided with a bus in Ipswich.
The incident happened at about 6pm in Princes Street.
The 20-year-old woman has been taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance crews.
Police closed Portman Road at the junction with Civic Drive and traffic was being diverted while emergency services dealt with the incident.
The road has now been reopened.
