Woman injured in Ipswich car crash

A WOMAN is today recovering after she was involved in a car crash at the junction of Grimwade Street and Rope Walk, in Ipswich.

A WOMAN is today recovering after she was involved in a car crash at the junction of Grimwade Street and Rope Walk, in Ipswich.

The incident happened at 2.10am and involved a Vauxhall Calibra car and a Citroen C5 car.

The woman received head injuries in the crash and was taken to Ipswich Hospital by paramedics. A man is thought to have received minor injuries in the crash and was taken to the same hospital.

The road was not closed during the event but the vehicles caused an obstruction until they were removed at 4.20am.
