A 40-year-old woman arrested after a car was in collision with a group of schoolchildren was today released on bail, police said.
Nine youngsters were taken to hospital following the incident near a church in Worlingham at about 2pm yesterday.
Four of the children have since been discharged - but emergency services said one was thought to have suffered broken legs and another a broken pelvis.
The children were all aged nine and pupils at Worlingham Middle School - about half a mile from the scene of the accident.
They were on a supervised walk around the village when the incident happened.
