A WOMAN has been left with serious head injuries today after a smash on a west Suffolk road. A police spokeswoman said the female driver was one of two people trapped after a three vehicle collision on Brandon Road, Wangford, near RAF Lakenheath.
A WOMAN has been left with serious head injuries today after a smash on a west Suffolk road.
A police spokeswoman said the woman was one of two people trapped after a three vehicle collision on Brandon Road, Wangford, near USAF Lakenheath.
She said a red Ford Mondeo a blue Ford Escort and a silver Suzuki were involved in the collision which happened shortly after midday.
Three people were taken to hospital at the USAF base. The woman was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.
