Woman suffers facial injury in crash between Vauxhall and Audi in Belstead Road, Ipswich

A collision involving a Vauxhall Zafira and an Audi S3 Quattro caused long delays at the Heatherhayes junction of Belstead Road this afternoon.
A woman sustained a facial injury which ambulance crews treated at the scene.
An ambulance spokesman said: “We sent an ambulance to Belstead Road at around 2.26pm. Three patients were assessed, including one woman who had a facial injury, but no one was taken to hospital.”
The road is now clear after being blocked in both directions for just over an hour.
