A WOMAN was taken to hospital today after the car she was travelling in flipped on to its roof.

The accident happened on the Ipswich-bound carriageway of the A12 near to Capel St Mary shortly before 6pm.
Police said the woman suffered minor back injuries in the crash and was taken to Colchester General Hospital as a precaution.
