The rural areas of Suffolk are known for having poor mobile signal - we asked people in Ipswich about their mobile phone coverage.
Despite improvements, many towns and villages are in so-called ‘not spots’, resulting in residents being unable to call family, send texts or use the internet on their phone.
Ofcom regulator found that almost all of Suffolk and north Essex has 4G coverage outdoors. However, some users spend hundreds of pounds a year on their phone contracts yet are unable to connect to the internet.
Take part in our survey and share your experience with us.
Once we have collected your results we plan to create a map displaying where the best and the worst mobile phone coverage is in East Anglia.
We just need to know your postcode, phone service provider and how you would rate your coverage.
