WORK on the new Neptune Marina development at Ipswich Waterfront is due to start early next year – and should be completed by Christmas 2004.
Redrow Homes is to build 113 waterside apartments on the site in a joint development with the marina.
The development is Redrow's second in the area – it is about to start work on a development of 36 one and two-bedroomed homes, flats and townhouses, near St Clement's Church.
That is to be called IP Central and the first homes should go on sale in the new year. It is expected to be completed by Christmas 2003.
