AN Ipswich based company has given £5,000 to East Anglian Children's Hospice.

Listers, who have premises on Landseer Road, and supply builders, ironmongery and security products held a charity ten pin bowling match in July where they raised £10,000. Twenty of its enthusiastic sales employees took part in the game which was sponsored by Yale.

Representatives from Listers presented a giant cheque in Robin Sharp from The East Anglian Hospice.

The money included a donation of £200 from Kingpin in Martlesham, where the game was held.

The money was split equally between the hospice and Children in Need.

East Anglian Children's Hospices are based in Ipswich, Quiddenham and Milton and provide care for children and the families of children with limited life expectancy.
