UNMASKED and yet still offending – the identity of an Ipswich thug can finally be revealed today.

The Evening Star can finally say that the teenager who has been terrorising members of the public, and been in court numerous times, is Ryan Wade.

Wade found himself hauled up before magistrates on Friday after a tiff with his sister over money.

The petty argument put him in breach of an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) and landed him with a £75 fine.

Wade has just celebrated his 18th birthday, so today we can name him and reveal he was the subject of our front page on January 25 when he flouted the Asbo by resisting arrest.

The order – made because of his previous loutish behaviour – puts stringent restrictions on a person's movements. Under its terms, labourer Wade is prevented from committing offences of threatening behaviour and harassment.

Only last month, Wade was fined £50 by magistrates for again breaching an anti-social behaviour order back in February.

In court on Friday, he again admitted breaching the Asbo on Wednesday , and ended up spending the night in custody because of the spat.

Magistrates were told had the family row at the Shell Garage on Norwich Road, Ipswich, where his sister Rebecca works as a cashier.

"He became verbally abusive towards his sister and made threats towards her," said prosecutor Godfried Duah.

He swore, saying "I'll get her when she finishes work" which put him in breach of the Asbo made on October 30, 2001.

Naomi Turner, mitigating, told magistrates the Asbo stops him from swearing in the street - and said he would not have been in court if he had argued at home.

"He really has to be careful," she said.

"It is rather unfortunate he had the argument with his sister while she was at work. As it was a garage, clearly that brought it out into the public domain and is the reason why his in court."

Magistrates heard the row erupted in the heat of the moment, after Wad's sister took money out of his room which she felt he owed for rent.

Wade – who was living with his sister in Bramford Road, Ipswich – went to the Shell Garage to ask why, and it developed into a heated argument.

Bench chairwoman Pamela Blotchy also fined him £75 for breaching a curfew order and ordered him to pay £55 costs.

"When you are made subject to orders of the court you have to be very, very careful things don't go wrong," she told him.

"It is your responsibility to make sure every part of the requirement you have is kept."

Wade had been caught by the authorities in the past, for embarking on a crime wave throughout the west Ipswich community.
