CHRIS Bart-Williams has boosted his new team-mates at Ipswich with tales of Nottingham Forest's rise from the bottom of Division One to Europe.
The experienced midfielder, who is on loan from Charlton, declared: "We've got to believe that there is nothing we can't achieve."
He has told team-mates about a remarkable experience at former club Nottingham Forest in the 1994-95 season.
