SUFFOLK FA has arranged with Ipswich Town to host young players and volunteers from five clubs who have achieved the FA's Charter Standard Accreditation.

The award recognises standards of quality and safe practice in the provision of football for young people. It places the player central to all football developments and allows parents to be able to entrust their children to safe, quality footballing provision run by FA recognised and approved deliverers.

Staff from Suffolk FA and Ipswich Town Academy have arranged for six young players from each of the five clubs to attend the Playford Road training ground this Saturday.

They will watch Ipswich Under-19's take on Wimbledon and then take part in a coaching session in the club's indoor training dome. Their Charter Standard Certificates will then be presented.

The clubs involved are: Rattlesden Juniors, Haverhill United Girls, Bungay Rangers, Woodbridge Youths, Haverhill Town.
