DARYL Murphy may have enjoyed an impressive start to his Ipswich Town career by scoring within a minute of his debut on Saturday but Duncan Stewart of Ipswich YM went one better than the Irishman.
The 17-year-old turned out for the Ipswich YM first XV and wasted no time in making an impression, scoring two tries for Nigel Seaman's men in their 67-10 win at Lakenham Hewett.
The outside centre took a knock early on the in game (a 'whinjury' according to some at the club!) but after being sympathetically told to 'get on with it' by the coaching staff, Stewart responded with an excellent display.
Seaman has been impressed by the way the youngster has settled in at the club and believes he has got a big part to play in their late promotion assault.
