FIVE Barclays Premiership clubs have been named by Lord Stevens as having breached transfer regulations.Chelsea, Newcastle, Bolton, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth have all been named by the former Metropolitan Police commissioner in his final report to the Premier League.

Chelsea, Newcastle, Bolton, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth have all been named by the former Metropolitan Police commissioner in his final report to the Premier League.
The clubs are expected to face a further investigation from the FA but it is understood that Newcastle and Bolton are viewed as the most serious cases.
Stevens has also expressed concern about a total of 15 agents and third parties involved in some 17 transfers.
