REFEREE Mike Hamilton had to call foul before the start of last weekend's Sunday Morning League First Division match at Melton between the Youth Club Old Boys and Norbridge.
The start was delayed for 20 minutes to clear dog mess off the pitch. "Melton had to work solidly for an hour to clear it all away," said Hamilton.
"Something must be done about it. The home club is liable for a fine every time there are involved in a late start."
