FREDDIE Eriksson will make his Ipswich Evening Star Witches debut in the home Sky Sports Elite League meeting against Peterborough on Thursday.
This is after the management committee of the British Speedway Promoters' Association finally agreed on Friday to enforce the Swede's loan signing from Oxford promoter Nigel Wagstaff.
Originally, the BSPA said they could not endorse the move with Wagstaff having personal issues with the rider.
Now Eriksson will have the task of helping make the second half of the season much brighter for the Witches and their fans.
