HADLEIGH entertain Brentwood at Layham Road tomorrow and for the first time this season will look to do the double over their opponents.

When Hadleigh travelled to Brentwood they did so on the back of two straight defeats and with the team decimated by injuries but brought off what was one of their finest displays this season with a 39-3 win that was well deserved.

The side since then has seen several changes but over recent weeks a continuity has developed providing an excellent team spirit which was displayed to the full at Barking last Sunday in the Eastern Counties Cup.

Coach Scott Liebenberg will be anxious that the team do not leave that experience when they take on a Brentwood outfit that have quietly pulled off some excellent results of late and established themselves in the top half of the table.

There are few changes to the Hadleigh line-up. However, they will be without influential Mike Dexter, who will miss the next two weeks with an old injury that has not responded to treatment.

Greg Forster will also be absent and his place at fly half will be filled by skipper Andrew Carson, allowing Sam Taylor to fill the full back berth, Dean Jones is missing due to work commitments and he is replaced on the bench by Jay Smith.

Whilst the 1st XV entertain the Falcons make the short journey to Sudbury for a merit table fixture which they need to win if they are to maintain their current league position.
