Ipswich Ladies 2nd's enter this Printwize East Super League Premier Division derby match full of confidence, having beaten Cambridge University 5-0 last weekend and sitting at the top of the league.

However, Ipswich must not underestimate Bury St Edmunds who last week beat Chelmsford 2nds 2-0.

Ipswich will look to their sweeper Karla Waddleton to keep the Bury forwards contained. The game will be a real test for the buoyant Ipswich team, but captain Emma Millar is confident that another display of determination should see Ipswich take another three points.

Ipswich 3rd's will make their first trip to Kent as they go looking for their second win of the season against Burnt Ash.

It will be a difficult match for the recently promoted team as Burnt Ash were stiff competition for local side IES last weekend.

Ipswich have a strong team combining the experience of Vicky Dixon, Annie Gallagher and Debbie Rawlinson in conjunction with the youth of Lindsey Annerdale, Lucy Minter and new player Chetal Patel.

IES Ladies will be crossing the Essex border to play Colchester in their first match of the new season in the Printwise League.

They intend to build on last week's result against Burnt Ash. They must continue to play with confidence and determination, from keeper to forwards each player must stamp their authority on the game.

Up front Gill Mayhew and Jackie Gooderham will want to continue the good work began last week as will defence Tilly Waspe and Avril Adams.

The second team travel to the coast to play Harwich, with last weeks draw they will want to score a goal or two to claim the points.

The third team also travel away, to Mildenhall.

They must remind themselves of the confidence they played with last week and again adopt the thinking of winners.
