I say this not as a deluded Town follower hoping against hope, but as a life-long Rams fan. Such a statement is not made lightly, but I fear it is meant to be.
You see, with October 31st long circled in my diary, I have been watching aghast as Town fail to win week after week after week. Having lived in Suffolk for 16 years I do have affection for the Blues and hate to see them struggle, but the reason for my chagrin has nothing to do with that.
Nope, it's because as far back as game two or three of the season, when it became apparent that Town may flounder, I predicted that long-awaited win would come against Derby. And here's why…..
