THERE are no plans for a pitch inspection at Glanford Park for tomorrow's Championship game between Scunthorpe and Ipswich Town.

There is a layer of snow on the covers that were put over the pitch on Wednesday but less than half an inch, and it's not seen as a problem.

The covers are expected to protect up to any frost up to minus five degrees with north Lincolnshire experiencing much less severe weather than Suffolk.

Blues manager Roy Keane was snowed in and could not make his customary Friday morning press conference at Portman Road.

He is hoping to re-arrange it for later in the day.
