Though only Daryl Murphy will be representing ITFC at this summer’s Euros there are a host of other players with former ties to the club making an appearance.
Here are some of the familiar faces you might see cropping up on your TV screens who once wore the Ipswich Town jersey.
Freddie Veseli (Albania)
The versatile defender played for both Manchester clubs as a youngster, but ended up making just one League Cup appearance at Ipswich Town during his two-year stay (2013-15).
Following spells at Bury and Port Vale, he is now at Swiss club Lugano. Switzerland is the nation of his birth and he represented them at all youth team levels, captaining them to the 2009 Under-17 World Cup.
He refused a call up for Kosovo, but accepted Albania’s invitation to extend his international career in November 2015.
He has family ties to both nations.

Tamas Priskin (Hungary)
The forward will always be remembered by Town fans for his winning goal against Arsenal in the League Cup semi-final against Arsenal in 2011, even though he otherwise turned out to be a flop after Roy Keane shelled out £1.7m to sign him from Watford.
Part of the Hungary squad for more than a decade, the 29-year-old – now at Slovakian side Slovan Bratislava – scored a vital goal in the qualification play-off victory against Norway.
Gareth McAuley (Northern Ireland)
A rock at the back for Town between 2008 and 2011, the former Lincoln and Leicester defender has been a key man in the Premier League for West Brom for five years now.
Aged 36 he is still a regular starter for club and country.
Jon Walters (Republic of Ireland)
Since leaving Town in 2010, Liverpool-born Walters has become an international regular and made more than 200 appearances in the Premier League with Stoke.
The 32-year-old will compete for forward places with Daryl Murphy, Shane Long and Robbie Keane.
Jonny Williams (Wales)
The skilful midfielder was a hugely popular figure during his three loan spells at Town. Injuries have restricted his progress in recent times, but, following a loan spell at MK Dons, the 22-year-old has booked his place on the plane alongside Gareth Bale and co.
