Jim Magilton has left QPR.
The former Ipswich Town manager and his assistant John Gorman have left the club “by mutual consent''.
Their departures, confirmed by QPR, came after Magilton was last week suspended after being accused of headbutting midfielder Akos Buzsaky following the 3-1 defeat by Watford.
QPR said it had been agreed "that it is in the best interests of the club and Jim Magilton if the parties move on in their separate ways''.
A statement added: "The club would like to wish both Jim Magilton and John Gorman good luck in the future and thank them for their hard work.''
