THERE will be no new signings before tomorrow - that is the message from Town boss Roy Keane.
Town have been linked with a move for Bolton Wanderers centre-half Danny Shittu, and although Keane refused to comment on this speculation during this morning's press conference, he did admit that he wanted to strengthen “certain areas.”
And that would surely mean at the heart of defence, where Town have struggled so far - they conceded three more goals in the 3-1 defeat at Middlesbrough over the weekend.
“I won't comment on players who aren't at this club, and there won't be anyone coming in before tomorrow,” insisted Keane.
“But I'm still very hopeful of bringing in two more loan players. We'll be making a few more calls over the next few days.

“I'd like one or two more players and we are short in one or two areas,” added Keane.
Powerhouse defender Shittu, 28, has made 16 appearances for Nigeria. He made a name for himself at QPR and Watford before his 2m switch to Bolton just over a year ago.
