Following two more call-ups for Ipswich Town players, we want to know who you consider to be the Blues’ best-ever international player.
Town have a prestigious past when it comes to international football and can boast a former England skipper (Mick Mills), a World Cup goalscorer (Paul Mariner) and members of the famous Dutch team that was known for its ‘Total Football’ (Frans Thijssen and Arnold Muhren).
There was also the likes of Terry Butcher, John Wark and Matt Holland who represented their countries with pride, while current-day internationals at Portman Road include Daryl Murphy, Paul Green and Stephen Hunt (Republic of Ireland), Christophe Berra (Scotland), Carlos Edwards (Trinidad & Tobago) and Tommy Smith (New Zealand).
