Priskin headed Town ahead from a Martin cross before the visitors scored through Scott Spencer and Jamie Dennis. Martin was brought down by Jean-Francois Christophe with seven minutes remaining.
Both sides fielded experienced teams with Ben Thatcher playing 45 minutes for Ipswich - his first competitive game of the season.
